Online Ordering We are presently working on a secure online shopping system, until then you can order very simply by one of these methods with the name and quantity of each piece you would like to order.
Simply call during office hours between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. If you are unsure of the time it is here in Sydney, just check the current time list at www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/. This will give you the current time in many major locations around the globe, including Sydney. International Customers - All prices are listed in Australian dollars. To translate Australian dollars into your own currency, you might like to use the very easy currency converter at www.xe.com/ucc. Our prices do not include any charges Customs in your country may require you to pay them, if anything. We advise you check with Customs in your country as these charges are payable by you. Please be aware that not all of our stockists carry our full range. Arrange a Personal Showing If you live in Sydney, you might like to get a group of friends together for a personal showing. Just call Angela on 02 9979 6362 to arrange a showing just for you. Glass of champagne anyone? Postage Within Australia, we use Express Post so that it can be tracked and it gets to you quickly. We have found that most people are more than willing to pay a few extra dollars for this added speed and security. In most cases the cost will be $8 within Australia, or $11 if you have ordered several pieces. For International orders, we use the Airmail service from Australia Post. The cost will depend on your location - New Zealand $10, Asia / Pacific $12, USA / Canada / Middle East $14, Rest of the World $17. If you need your order to arrive quickly, we can send it by International Express Post at a higher cost. Please just contact us and we’ll find out from the post office how much it will cost and how long it should take. Expected Delivery Times In most cases, delivery within Australia is within 1-3 business days of confirmation of your order if the pieces are in stock and do not have to be made especially for you. For International delivery, the amount of time it will take for your order to arrive can only be estimated. Once your order is confirmed, we will post your product/s within five days. From our experience, post to New Zealand takes up to a week, to Asia about a week and to the USA, Canada, UK and Europe takes about two weeks. Payment We accept payment by

If you choose to return your purchase, the item must be in original sale condition, unworn, and shipped in original (or comparable) packaging with the original invoice.
